Union Pipefitter Sues for Asbestos Exposure Leading to Lung Damage

Hartley & O'Brien, PLLC recently filed suit on behalf of lifelong pipefitter in the Circuit Court of Marshall County, West Virginia.

The Plaintiff, a union pipefitter, worked out of the Plumbers and Steamfitters Local Union 83 for thirty-seven years. Plaintiff suffers from severe lung damage from chronic and continued exposure to asbestos at a variety of chemical plants, steel mills and power plants in the Ohio Valley. Plaintiff is totally disabled and is being evaluated for a lung transplant.
