Dave was born and raised in Huntington, WV. He graduated from West Virginia University magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2011. In 2014, Dave graduated from West Virginia University College of Law where he argued before the justices of the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia as a Baker Cup Finalist.

Later in 2014, Dave joined the firm where he has focused on protecting the rights of people who have been harmed by the negligence of others. Dave has litigated and successfully resolved cases in numerous state and federal courts. Dave has also argued appeals before the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Outside of the office, Dave enjoys cooking with his wife.
